On average, it take two weeks to receive your order, and you can follow it with a postal tracking number

Brächa Design will give you a track and trace code, which will be given upon order completion

Can I return my order?

Sure, you have ten days after receiving to return your order. To return a product that you ordered online, please send an email to info@brachadesign.com before you go to the post office, and note that you want to return your package. You will receive the refund within 14 days after your return, provided that the package has been received by us

I recently ordered a bag or wallet, but there is something wrong with them. Who should I tell?

First check ‘complaints and warranty’ where we tell you about the rules we apply at BRACHA deigns. If you would like to lodge a complaint or if you have a question about our warranty that is not answered there, please send an email to info@brachadesign.com Please clearly specify the article number and, if you can, include some pictures so that our people can better judge the problem. If you didn't order the items through our online store, please contact the store of purchase first

Is it possible to place an order from other countries other than the Netherlands and Indonesia?

Yes, it is possible. With the exception of sale products, which are only available for orders from the Netherlands and Indonesia. You can contact our support team for more information on info@brachadesign.com.

We prefer US Dollar (USD) or Euro (EUR), however any currency is welcome and will be converted to our established price
